The McMullen Company (TMC) provides fire prevention inspection services, as well as, plan review services for fire and life safety. These services include consulting to private property owners and businesses, special district and governmental entities including fire departments.

Currently, James McMullen and the Fire Expert Group have agreements with several fire departments and provide forensic fire prevention services to attorneys and others desiring expert testimony. Our fire prevention inspection and investigation service includes, historical research of historical codes and standards in effect at the time of the incident involved in litigation.

TMC maintains a complete archive of fire and life safety codes and standards. Those historical codes allow fire experts to research and accurately opine as to the requirements of codes and standards that were in effect, and therefore, the standard of care at the time of the incident involved in the litigation. The Fire Expert Group has the demonstrated ability to meet the needs of clients with our hundreds of years of collective fire prevention experience, education and training.
